Friendly, evidence-based speech and language therapy in the UK

Thrive My Way is an independent speech and language therapy service supporting children, young people, adults, families and schools across the United Kingdom. We help people communicate with confidence through warm, person-centred assessment and therapy.

Our team of HCPC-registered speech and language therapists work alongside you to set meaningful goals, build practical skills and celebrate progress at every stage. Whether you are looking for a one-off assessment, a focused block of therapy, school-based support, or specialist input for an adult communication need, we tailor every plan to the person in front of us.

How we can help

  • Children & young people: speech sound difficulties, language delay and disorder, stammering, social communication, autism and neurodivergence-affirming support.
  • Adults: communication after stroke or brain injury, voice difficulties, stammering, and progressive conditions such as Parkinson's and dementia.
  • Schools: in-school assessments, EHCP advice, training for staff and bespoke programmes that support whole-class communication.
  • Families: coaching and practical strategies you can use every day at home, with clear plans and shared goals.
